Commercial Terms

Version dated October 17, 2026

This edition is for households whose billing address is in Canada. If your billing address is in the United States, see the United States edition.

These terms describe what you pay for Zorivio, when you are charged and how to cancel. They complement the Terms of Service. The pre-tax amounts, the first charge date and the renewal date are always shown to you before you confirm.

The seller

Zorivio inc., also known in Quebec as Les Technologies Zorivio, a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (corporation number 1815992-1) and registered in Quebec (Quebec enterprise number 1182584467) and Ontario (Ontario corporation number 1001708937). Head office: 750 chemin Sainte-Foy, suite 610, Quebec City, Quebec G1S 4P1, Canada. Email: support@zorivioapp.com. We are the seller of your subscription: we handle billing, refunds and disputes. Payments are processed by Stripe (card) or PayPal.

Plans and prices

During the beta, two plans are offered. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), for households whose billing address is in Canada; the currency is shown to you before you confirm.

Premium+ (Family)12.99 per month or 119.99 per year10.99 per month or 99.99 per year2 adults and up to 6 managed children (8 profiles); children have no account

All prices are + applicable taxes. The Student plan will follow after the beta.

30-day introduction

Founder seats

100 founder seats are available across all plans. A seat is assigned at the first successful full-price payment, if seats remain at that time. The introductory charge reserves no seat. Founder pricing applies for as long as your subscription stays uninterrupted; it is not guaranteed for life and may change under the price change rule below. A seat lost through cancellation is not released to someone else.

Taxes

Displayed prices exclude taxes. Zorivio inc. is registered for GST/HST and Quebec sales tax (QST). Sales taxes that apply where you live are added to the amount charged and shown on your receipt. Other provinces will be added as we register; we will notify you at least 30 days before collecting a new tax on your subscription. Your billing address is collected by the payment provider; we keep only the country, province and postal code needed for taxes.

Payment

You pay by card (Stripe) or with PayPal. Your bank may ask for additional authentication, on your bank’s or the provider’s page. We never see or store your full card number. No fee or discount depends on the payment method.

Renewal and notices

Failed payment

If a payment fails, we let you know and your access continues during a 7-day grace period so you can update your payment method. If payment is not recovered, your account becomes read-only: you keep access to your data and to subscription management, but not to new planning. We never delete your account because a payment failed.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, online, in the app settings, at no charge. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. There is no prorated refund, except where the law requires one. We confirm the cancellation by email.

Refunds

To request a refund, use the billing history in the app or email support@zorivioapp.com.

Changing plans

During the beta, email us to change your plan or billing cycle. Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately; moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.

Price changes

We never change a price in the middle of a billing period. Before any increase, we notify you by email and in the app at least one month before the first affected invoice, showing the old and new price, the plan, the billing cycle, the effective date and how to cancel. At least 90 days pass between two changes.

Referrals

Disputes

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank: we resolve most issues quickly. A dispute does not lead to a second refund of the same amount.

End of service

If we end the beta or the service, we notify you in advance, stop renewals and refund the unused paid portion. You will be able to export your data before shutdown.

Your rights

These terms do not limit the rights you have under the law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act if you live in Quebec, or the consumer protection laws of your province.

Beta participation terms (French) — Canada and the United States, rolled out gradually; open only in Quebec for now.
