Account

How do I get access to Zorivio?

The V4 Lite beta is accessible by invitation. Email support@zorivioapp.com; we invite households in Canada and the United States in small waves.

How do I sign in?

Sign in with your account email address and your password, or with Google. An invitation to join a household must be accepted with the email address that received it.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions sent by email.

How do I change the language?

In Settings, under Profile, language and time zone, choose English or French.

Which devices does Zorivio work on?

Zorivio is an installable web app (PWA): it works on phone, tablet and computer, and can be added to your home screen without going through an app store.

I don’t recognize a sign-in.

In Settings, end all your sessions, including on other devices or browsers, then email support@zorivioapp.com.

Household

How do I describe my household?

Say who eats at home, each person’s serving size, allergies and restrictions, your cooking days and the meals to cover. You can pick up where you left off at any time.

How does Zorivio handle allergies?

Allergens and essential restrictions are strict rules: a suggestion that violates them is rejected. An exclusion does not guarantee that an allergen is absent; always check the label. Zorivio does not replace advice from a healthcare professional.

How do I invite another adult?

The subscription owner invites an adult from Settings, under Household members. The invitation is valid for 7 days and works once; the person signs in with the invited email address, then accepts it in Settings. An active Premium or Premium+ plan is required.

What do household members share?

Members share the approved week and the grocery list. Billing, the subscription, household settings and invitations stay with the owner.

What about children?

Children are managed profiles in household settings. They have no account and receive no invitation.

How do I leave a household or remove a member?

In Settings, under Household members, a member can leave the household and the owner can remove a member or cancel a pending invitation.

Plans

Which plans are offered?

During the beta: Premium, for up to 2 household members, at 9.99 per month or 99.99 per year, and Premium+ (Family), for 2 adults and up to 6 children, at 12.99 per month or 119.99 per year, + applicable taxes. Founder pricing is 7.99 or 10.99 per month and 79.99 or 99.99 per year.

Is the Student plan available?

Not during the beta. The Student plan will follow after the beta.

Which currency am I charged in?

In Canadian dollars (CAD). This edition is for households whose billing address is in Canada; the currency is shown to you before you confirm.

Weekly plan

How does a week work?

Zorivio proposes a week of meals. Keep the meals you like, replace the others, then approve the week. Nothing is regenerated without your agreement, and every choice is explained.

What is the difference between a meal and a cooking session?

A meal is a moment to cover, such as Tuesday dinner. A cooking session is when you cook; one session can cover several meals through planned leftovers.

How do I give feedback on a meal?

After a cooked meal, optionally choose I liked it, Neutral or I disliked it. In Settings, under Privacy and lifecycle, Reset derived personalization clears the personalization derived from your use; the service preferences you entered manually are kept.

Grocery list

Where does the grocery list come from?

The list comes from the approved week. Ingredients are grouped and sorted by category, and each item is linked to its meal.

Can I add my own items?

Yes. Your manual additions are kept when the list is updated.

What does checking an item mean?

Checking an item means it was handled, not that it was bought. Confirm separately in the inventory what is now available at home.

Does Zorivio show store prices?

Not yet. Structured prices will come from authorized sources only. Always check price and availability with the retailer.

Does Zorivio place the order?

No. Zorivio prepares a cart grouped by retailer; you always complete the purchase with the retailer.

Subscription and cancellation

How does the 30-day introduction work?

For households invited to the beta, a valid payment method is required and CAD 2.00, + applicable taxes, is charged when you sign up. The introduction is offered once per account, per household and per payment method.

What happens on day 31?

The plan and cycle you chose renew, unless you cancel before then. We email you 7 days before the introduction ends with the renewal date, the price that will apply and how to cancel.

How do I cancel?

In Settings, under Subscription, choose Cancel subscription, then confirm. Cancelling has no fee and stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. We confirm the cancellation by email.

Can I get a refund?

The introductory charge is not refundable, except where the law requires it or for a billing error. The first full-price renewal can be refunded once per customer, on a request made within 7 days of that charge, from the billing history or at support@zorivioapp.com.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your access continues during a 7-day grace period so you can update your payment method. After that, the account becomes read-only. We never delete an account because a payment failed.

What does read-only mean?

Your existing weeks and lists stay viewable and subscription management and reactivation stay available, but new planning is blocked. Read-only is not a plan.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You pay by card. PayPal is not available yet.

Where are my receipts?

In Settings, the billing history shows every successful payment, also after cancellation. Zorivio never stores or displays your card details.

Privacy

What data do you collect?

The minimum needed to plan your meals. Your household’s data is isolated and protected. The privacy policy describes the details.

How do I download my data?

In Settings, under Privacy and lifecycle, choose Download my data. You get a JSON file with your account and household data; keep it private.

How do I delete my account?

In Settings, under Privacy and lifecycle, choose Delete my account. First cancel your subscription and remove your household members. Deletion is immediate and permanent; only the minimal billing and contract records that must be kept are retained, without any food data.

Who do I contact about privacy?

Email privacy@zorivioapp.com.
